This weekly group will be held over the course of 4 weeks in November. You are welcome to attend one or all four sessions. Each week we will come together, using the creative process to create our own personal guidance cards, sometimes called oracle cards.
Personal guidance cards can be used as a way to practice mindfulness and can give insight to your own unique needs.
No special art experience or skills required.
Sara, art therapist, will guide you in collage making and a short expressive writing practice to create 3-4 personally crafted cards of your own each week.
All art materials are included.
