Do you have personal experience with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs)? Would you like to share your story anonymously to help others struggling with PMADs?

Through sharing your stories, we hope to raise awareness and normalize communication around PMADs. We want to build awareness about the signs/symptoms to look out for, end the stigma attached to PMADs, bring awareness to barriers, show the impact these barriers can have on families and highlight a range of different supports/resources available.

PMAD: Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

PMADs are a spectrum of emotional complications that can affect expectant or new parents at any point during pregnancy or the first year after birth. PMADs include prenatal and postpartum depression, prenatal and postpartum anxiety, prenatal and postpartum OCD, postpartum psychosis and any other mood disorders that may arise during this period.
