Jenny-Lynn Doucet
Hello, my name is Jenny and I have been a yoga teacher since 2013. My classes are highly focused on bringing calm to your day while keeping your body strong and flexible. I still remember attending my first class in 1999 as a busy and tired student. After class, I felt rejuvenated and inspired to learn more. I have since relied on various styles of yoga to improve overall health, recover from injury and bring a sense of calm to my life. My classes focus on alignment and mindfulness and I love to end class with guided relaxation.
I completed Yoga Teacher Training at Pranashanti Yoga Studio in Ottawa (2013) and obtained an Advanced Teacher Training certification from Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA (2019). Additional training includes Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Vinyasa, Ayurveda and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher training.
I am a proud mom of two amazing children, love the outdoors and learning about yoga, mindfulness and plant medicine.
