Join Kaitlin for a 60 minute inclusive class for people of various abilities to do strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises. Exercises will have modifications to accommodate and support YOU in achieving YOUR goals safely. A slow and safe stretch will be done at each class to help increase flexibility and range of motion.
*As an added bonus you will also have access to the live Saturday morning class. You only need to sign up to one fitness class per week to have access to both classes.
