Join Anna for a 2 hour in-person workshop about the stages of labour. During this 2 hour workshop, we will go through the different stages of labour, what they may look like and comfort measures that can help you in each of these stages. You will also be shown comfort measures you and your birth partner can use during labour and birth. Cost: $60 +HST. This workshop will also be offered on October 16th at 1pm.
