Join Kaitlin for a 60 minute virtual gentle fitness class that focuses on engaging muscles safely and effectively through low impact exercises and gentle cardio. Exercises will have modifications to accommodate and support YOU in achieving YOUR goals safely. A slow and safe stretch will be done at each class to help increase flexibility and rang

As an added bonus you will also have access to the live Wednesday evening class. You only need to sign up to one fitness class per week to have access to both classes.

Sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the recording for the remainder of the week.
