Join us for a 2 hour VIRTUAL workshop as we help you and your birth partner prepare for labour and birth. During this 2 hour workshop we will go through the stages of labour and give you some hands on doula tips. We will show you and your birth partner some comfort measures and show them how they can help best support you through your labour.

We want you and your birth partner to feel supported and empowered through your birth.
