Are you curious to learn about mindfulness or dive a little deeper into the benefits of living mindfully? Join Jenny in learning more about living mindfully. This workshop will cover many aspects of mindfulness including mindful movement (yoga), a few short mindfulness meditations and a little history of this practice. We will sit in chairs during meditation but for those of you who would like to sit on the floor, we have props as well. This workshop is a great way to start a new year!
